The Photograph
The second photograph in a two part series. California has 3,427 miles of coastline. There are so many unique places that are ever changing, and most can be seen by the ebb and flow of the tides. No two tides are alike. They blend their beauty between sand and water, each one unique and never to be seen again once it fades away.I was down at Salt Creek, near Dana Point, and after a long afternoon of taking photographs and as was packing up my camera gear to head home. I started walking back to where I’d parked, and I came across this beautiful scene. The sun had already set, and the sand was a brilliant purple color. I felt like what I was seeing was something special, something unique. The exactness of this composition will never be seen outside of this photograph.This photograph is one of two compositions that I was fortunate enough to make.
